The Book of Job is one of the books in the Old Testament. Its author is unknown although it is possible that Job himself wrote it. This book tells about Job who loses everything that are important to him. But despite all the suffering and tragedy, he remains faithful to God. It also teaches us that being mere mortals like Job, we should understand that God gives and takes away.
